How do I book blaze? 

We require a deposit of £100 to secure your date. Just contact us usning the contact us link to provide some basic details and will be in touch.  All our bookings are confirmed in writing and all customers have access to their own personal online planner.

 

 

How can I pay?

(Please use the date of your function and venue as your payment reference)

If you wish to pay in full at time of booking you can.

 

Can we choose the music? 

Or do we just leave it to you? 

You can dictate as much or as little of the music as you wish. You can supply us with a "playlist" of your favourite tracks, or just give an indication of your favourite genres. 

Alternatively just leave it to us and we will use our experience to help you and your guests have a great night. If you wish to give us a playlist you can email it to -

And we will copy it to your booking details in our calendar. 

 

Do you accept requests on the night? 

Of course we will let you and your guests make requests throughout the evening. But if you have songs that are particularly important to you, it's best to let us know before. Eg First dance & Must plays

 

I have used you before - Can i have the same Dj? 

Where possible we will endeavour to give you the same DJ. However we cannot be in two places at once! We are more likely to be able to supply your preferred DJ the earlier you book. 

 

Can we come and see you at a function?

We treat every event individually, and think it would be wrong to allow other customers to attend private events. Every function is different, we tailor our service to you, so we will be potentially playing a completely different style of music. 

 

When do we confirm finer details?

We will call you around 3 weeks prior to your function to ensure we have all the correct details for you. By this time you should have all your details from the venue and photographers etc.

 

What time will you play until?

Often our finish time is dictated by the venue. The venues are controlled by entertainment licences by the relevant councils. So it really isn't in our hands. 

Our standard pricing will be set to the times stated on your booking information. If you have agreed a later finishing time with the venue, this may incur an additional charge. (£25 per half hour)
